I do not have a slip here so I can't speak to that very much. I was going out with a friend who has been a tenant for about 20 years. Here is a quick review - clean air conditioned restrooms that were adequate for my 6 AM needs, even better at 4 o'clock. The marina was clean and well kept. Parking was adequate. Dock cart made transporting my gear to the boat a breeze. All of the gear in the back of my truck was still there at the end of a really long day. 5 stars for what it's worth. - MKai
