Riverview Resort & Marina offers a variety of services to get you into your boat and enjoying the water. We are the only deepwater marina in the U.S. between Sault Ste. Marie and DeTour village. We offer dry storage options for all your needs including winter and summer storage with available in/out service. We have 15 wet slips with some able to accomodate boats up to 60 ft. Rental slips are available for daily or long term use. Boats can be launched at the haul out well using the 25-Ton Marine Travel Lift or you can launch your own boat (up to ~27 ft.) at the boat ramp. Mechanical and electrical repair, including summer and winterizing services are available. We also offer yard work including detailing, bottom painting, boat handling, etc. Rental boats are available for rent by the day or week. See pricing below.

Boat Storage
Riverview Resort and Marina offers both indoor and outdoor storage for summer and winter. Seasonal and monthly storage rates are available. Summer storage dates are from 6/15 to 10/1. Winter storage dates are from 10/1 to 5/31. We offer a 75% discount on your summer storage if you store your boat with us the previous winter.

Slip Rentals
Our slips can be rented daily, weekly, monthly, or for the entire summer season. Slips are also included for the duration of a cabin rental. Discover the waterways, lakes, and Soo-Lock system - explore the St Mary's river area in your own boat!

Haul Out Well

Our haul out well can accomodate most power boats up to 50 ft. long and 14 ft. wide. We can also accommodate sailboats with a draft of 5 ft. or less.

Travel Lift


We offer a 25-Ton Marine Travel Lift. It is ready for haul outs for routine maintenance, winter storage, or if required, an emergency haul out for an unexpected repair.

Hydraulic Trailer

Riverview Resort and Marina has a Con-O-Lift YH-915 hydraulic trailer. This trailer allows us to move power boats up to 45 ft.or 30,000 lbs in and out of our storage buildings.

Boat Ramp
Our Boat ramp can accommodate trailerable boats up to 27 ft. We offer the only deepwater ramp in the area.
