INSTALLATION
Unlike typical suppliers, the 30+ years of experience we have in installing marine electronics has taught us not to rely on just the theory of how equipment should be installed. We have inside knowledge and hands-on experience installing equipment on a wide variety of boats from all over the world.
We also have trained staff in Coastal monitoring software, and VTS radar sensor technology to be able to facilitate border protection in BVI waters.

COMMISSIONING & TESTING
After installation, calibration is required to optimize system performance. We will make sure this is done for you and any additional settings you require to be changed. We offer a full detailed schematic of the system we have installed with unlimited revisions.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Has your equipment gone faulty within its warranty period?
Avoid the hassle of calling the manufacturer, we can deal with the process for you. We can have a brand new unit sent to our address here in the BVI in a matter of days.
Some of our suppliers also offer on-board warranty, covering some of, if not all labor costs associated with our assessment.
But be aware!
On-board warranty is only valid if your equipment is installed by certified technicians.
