Electric Motor Controller Cooling

I put together a little tech info on calculating my electric motor controller cooling which took me some time to come to think my calculation is on the right track. One of the issues with Golden Motor is that there isn’t a lot of good information on it, and the VEC-500 Vector Sine Wave motor controller I couldn’t find any information on expected heat dissipation.

On the Golden Motor user forum, you can find tid-bits of info and the moderator Alan has some good insight, but there is an interpretive need here.
